Dr. David Michael Janicke, MD

I went to the ER for right lower flank pain. I was treated by a NP, the er doctor never came in but they did sign off on a report that stated left chest pain. If you want to go to an ER that doesn’t listen to patients or accurately treat them this is the hospital for you.

I took my father to gates vascular because he wasn't acting like himself for a couple days then his speech started to be abnormal. We waited several hours to be seen and when we were it was by a doctor in training. When Dr Janicke finally saw my father, he didn't even examine him. He was icy, cold, terrible bedside manner and incredibly condescending. He acted like just because we aren't doctors we couldn't understand what was going on with my dad. Ive been with him through 3 other strokes, my family and I know him, we know when something isn't right especially with stroke. Supposedly "get to gates" saves lives. Well, maybe they would if you were seen by an actual doctor in enough time to make a difference. Do not trust Dr. Janicke, he didnt care about my father or my family and didn't even take the time to actually listen to what had been going on. AVOID HIM!!
