Excellent experience! Did not feel rushed, very straight forward and made sure he answered all of our questions!

The entire staff was outstanding. I was in the waiting room less than 5 min. After taken to exam room an x-ray tech promptly took x-rays. Dr Joe greeted me promptly . Asked questions, listened to my concerns & complaints. Did a thorough exam, reviewed my exrays with me, explained my treatment options and all in lay terms that were clear to me. And made treatment decisions that were in my best interest. He took his time and showed interest in helping me heal. I have only been in this area less than 2 months. I did not know who to choose for my ortho care. I am extremely grateful to have found this practice.

From making the appointment to leave my appointment, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joe’s for several years now. He’s always patient, and listens to what my needs are. Today when I had my visit with him, he was very eager to help me find a solution as well as patient with me, giving me time to get my thoughts and feelings together. He had a solution that really brought me some relief as usual. He always brings a calm and peace to the room when he comes in…. if you’re anything like me, my anxious pain gets the better of me, so I really need that he just comes in, he’s not in a hurry & just sits down and listens to me.

I was referred to Dr Johansmeyer by my spine surgeon in Savannah, GA when moved to Summerville. Delighted I followed through and am extremely happy with my care. Dr Jo has a perfect bedside manner, has explained all treatment and recently performed a shoulder surgery which is showing good results. I recommend him without hesitation. I also like he is young and very caring about his profession.

Dr. Johannesmeyer is very professional and an attentive listener. He took the time during the exam to explain the best options for my injury and the needed recovery time. John, his PA is also very thorough in evaluating and assessing

Dr. David is by far, the most patient and thorough ortho I have ever seen. His knowledge and professionalism is 5+ stars. The office is always clean and accommodating and the staff are friendly and efficient. If you want fast, reliable results and treatment, this is your place!

I was late for my appointment because I went to the wrong location. I the staff at the first location was very professional in calling the other location and letting them know that I was on my way. When I got there, they treated me as though I was on time and told me not to worry that Dr. Johannesmyer would be with me shortly. Within 10 minutes I was back talking to the doctor. Their entire staff was very professional and treated me like I was the only one in their office. It’s hard enough moving up in age and being 69 some things just don’t get any easier like going to the wrong location, so you have no idea how I appreciate their professionalism and their compassion.

Dr. Johannesmeyer listens well, asks relevant questions, thoroughly and competently answers my questions, and provides the specific treatment that I need. He has helped me with two orthopedic situations and I am very pleased with the treatment that he provides. He has a good personality, too.

This practice is so well run! It’s efficient, most of the time you are seen before your actual appointment time. Clean, friendly staff and Dr. Jo is no nonsense and won’t waste your time.
