Dr. Johnson is the best doctor. He's so caring. Spends as much time as you need. Always sends me the information of biopsies and lab results. I also loved his nurse practitioner, Sue. She was so knowledgeable and she listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Johnson is now at the Billings Clinic, and it is so much easier to get appointments. Dr. Johnson treats the whole person not just the problem at point.

Very happy with the providers, Dr J and Sue A. But good luck with getting lab results in a timely manner or speaking with a nurse. This really needs to be addressed and worked out. I have waited as long as 2/3 weeks to get results, even after calling to inquire. So, please get a more efficient system in place. Thank you.

Dr. Johnson has been my endocrinologist since he was at Internal Medicine Associates. Now that he has gone into private practice, things have changed for the worse, in my opinion. Dr. Johnson has a nurse practitioner now who I see at appointments more often than I see Dr. Johnson himself. Trying to get a hold of Dr. J's nurse to ask for help about medical coverage or something else, is impossible. They never check the message machine or call you back. Which means the doctor is never notified, when only he can solve the problem. I am severely considering going back to a doctor at Internal Medicine. I am happy for Dr. J that his private practice has taken off, but he has lost all personal contact with me.

Should anyone actual read this, I can not begin to tell you how much I appreciate Dr David F Johnson. He has been my endo now since I had my thyroid completely removed 5 years ago. I know tha I am always going to be treated courteously and am going to get straight forward answers to any questions that I have. He does not try to put me on any medication that I don't really need, as he recommends alternatives such as proper diet, and in my case proper sleep habits! He is caring and patient and I can get in and out of his office with out any baloney!! GREAT Doctor and person - !
