Dr. David Rodric Johnson, MD

I'm a professional horse trainer who spends most of the day riding/training horses. Dr. Johnson and his staff have been great in helping me manage my dry eye condition and selecting contact lenses that feel comfortable all day. I'm also a great fan of their optical department -- I've been thrilled with my recent sunglasses purchase. Super-clear vision and no glare! Beautiful office, great staff. This guy is the pits. He's old and appeared to suffer from clinical depression. He was sullen and uncommu nicative. Refused to give me info on what he had seen during my eye exam. Needless to say, I have never returnedto this awful place. A complete waste of time and money!

I am 67 years old and have been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for over 15 years. I enjoy his honest, direct approach to helping me maintain healthy vision. He did my cataract surgery recently and I am so happy with how well I can see. His staff is very attentive and make me feel welcome.

Regretably Dr Johnson spends most of his time typing at his computer while diagnosing your problem.I would assume that he is typing this report to cover his backside in the event that there is a problem with his diagnosis. That aside...I had two eye probems and asked questions about my problems. I left his office with my questions essentially unanswered. He is a pleasant man but not a person that I would recommend if you want a doctor to really get the cause of your problem, discuss it with you and offer a remedy.
