Dr. David Paul Jones, DO

Rudest most hateful woman I've ever met. This lady has no business talking to the public let alone be a office manager at a psyciatrist office. She is a liar, she never returns voice messages, she HATES addicts and turns Dr Jones against his patients. Don't be naive Dr Jones if you don't think she rolls her eyes at your back or undermines what you say you're crazy. Go ahead and drive your profession into the ground over some psycho woman that obviously has too many issues of her own.

He stopped seeing me without notice. Charged my insurance 15-30 minutes. Never saw me more than 5 minutes. Lies about social workers and other support programs he uses. Be aware, he works as program physician at other places. Steer clear!

I saw Dr. Jones for the first time, which was a good experience except immediately jumping to put me on pills for each of my issues, I did not like that. But I had a follow up appointment scheduled to follow up on my medications and he had to reschedule, not a problem, moved it to the week after. I called in a emergency with my sister in the hospital and the front desk woman gave me attitude and said " I will ask him if he wants to reschedule you or not", I said, "oh, ok." I never got any call back and here I am on this new medicine and have no idea what I should be doing next, so I stopped it. I cannot believe that a "doctor" would do this to a patient and leave them hanging because I had a family emergency but it was no big deal when he had to move me. I do not recommend this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for well over 10 years, and he is always there when I've needed him, he's very concerned over his patients and does above and beyond helping them. If one med doesn't work, he's always got one that works better because he knows you know your body and mind better than he does, and works with you to find the right medicine. With his help, I haven't been suicidal in over 7 years. I lead a pretty productive life, and now look forward to the future, where as I hadn't been like that in 10 years before seeing him. He's quite laid back, and listens to you. I know by the way he acts, this isn't just a job for him, he sincerely wants to help people, and from the people I've talked to about him, he isn't just that way with me.

Having seen Dr. Jones several times for anxiety and sleep issues, I had another appointment today. I spoke with one of the receptionists yesterday because I thought I should reschedule as I knew I would be late by 15 minutes or so due to my work schedule. She assured me that would be fine. I went in for my appointment and was told I wouldn't be seen because I was late. Okay, I understand that, even though they had told me less than 12 hours before it would be okay. Things change. However, she then refused to schedule me a new appointment and said that because I was late (this was my first time being late for an appointment here) that I was being discharged from their practice. I was floored! She then gave me attitude when I asked to sign a records release so when I find a new doctor I wouldn't have to go back to do that. So, late once equals banishment and apparently I'm not supposed to want to expedite my care to another doctor. I'm just glad I only have anxiety and sleep disorders.… If I was suicidal I can't imagine how I would have handled that betrayal. Dr. Jones is nice and listens to what you have to say, but the office policy is completely harmful in my opinion.

Incredibly insensitive, arrogant and disinterested....a VERY poor choice for a doctor.

His training is limited having only a DO with an Osteopathic Board Certification. Katie his receptionist is rude and belligerent.

Dr. Jones is by far the best doctor I've had, including every primary care doctor I've had. He is highly skilled at his practice and has a through understanding of medicine.

I feel that he's very cold towards u and judgemental.He's also very snotty! like hes better then you....NEVER WILL I SEE HIM AGAIN..
