Dr kaylie and his staff are great. I have been to numerous doctors for balance issues and after a few test he was able to diagnose me. If you have dizziness or ear problems I highly recommend seeing dr kaylie. He is very down to earth and compassionate he also takes time to explain every thing.

Didn't bother to listen to all of my symptoms. Diagnosed me while ignoring key symptoms that completely disprove said diagnosis.

I visited with Dr. Kaylie after I had an appt. with an ENT who without care or explanation informed me I had Menieres Disease. After reading the many posts on different websites about the disease, I felt my life was gone. I had to get another opinion. My family doc sent me to a Neurologist in Greenville and when I arrived after an hours drive, was told they did not accept my insurance. I found Dr. Kaylie online, and chose him because I have a niece named Kaylie. What a blessing that name turned out to be. I was given all the necessary test. Test that should have been given before the initial diagnosis was made. I was treated with compassion during all the test, and the Audiologist made sure I felt no discomfort or pain. The young woman who gave hearing test was very caring and professional. The young man who scheduled my appointment and greeted me when I arrived is exceptional. Dr. Kaylie had student doctors working that day and I saw them first. When Dr. Kaylie came into… the office I immediately felt a sense of comfort. He looked at my test results and told me he did not believe I had Menieres. I had to thank Jesus right then and there. Dr. Kaylie will remain the top of my list for as long as I need his service. In my case, he was certainly a God send. I have faith in his skills and his abilities to make sound and correct decisions about my ear health. I suggest if you have any hearing problems at all, after reading his reviews, I suggest you make an appointment with Dr. Kaylie as soon as possible. His attitude, friendliness and bedside manner is impeccable.
