Dr. Kelly listened and looked at my case, he gave his opinions and asked me questions, we came up with a plan, he immediately did testing, and I had answers before I left office. I had peace of mind. I would recommend to a friend.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelley for over 22 years and he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He has a great bedside manner, and a fantastic memory for my medical history. He is up on all of the latest information and is very creative which may be why he is now chief of surgery at Mercy Medical Center. I do have to say that his office staff is not the friendliest. Not rude, just sort of bland. He has one nurse that is a major pain. Very stubborn. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelley even with the listed office negatives.

Dr. Kelly had no idea how to treat my problem. He basically told me there was nothing he could do for me, inserted a catheter, and sent me along my way. After getting a second and third opinion, I found an outstanding urologist @ Johns Hopkins, and within six weeks of my first appointment, I am fully cured!

Waited 3 months to see him, finally got to office visit and he didn't even konw why I was there . After the condition was explained to him he could not even read the ct scan correctly
