Dr. David Alexander Kessler

Mr.Kessler yanked my daughter's abscessed tooth out without first cleaning out the gum!!!! She was in terrible pain! He & his assistant spoke in a foreign language and often laughed during the horrendous & painful visit. He showed no empathy for my daughter's pain. When she returned home, the infection was still on the gum! Again I ask, Why is he a doctor????

My daughter needed all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed. She was in some pain. Both myself and my husband took off of work, she missed a day I’d school. Our appoint was as the first patient at 9am. We arrived at 8:30, we were the 1st ones in the office, papers already filled out so no need to do paper work. Someone comes into the waiting area and goes right into see the surgeon (he must have been a relative of someone who worked there) I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t 9 yet. While waiting the 2nd patient comes in and sits down. 2nd patient starts complaining that she’s waiting long. The woman Laura at the front desk asks her who made her appointment she says Renata. That isn’t anyone in the front Renata is someone who works in the back so the 2nd patient is also either a friend or relative of someone in the back. I ask why it’s taking so long and I’m told my daughter will be next, it is now after 10 am and out of no where the other woman and her daughter are called in. I’m beside… my self but stay composed, I move to as what was going on and I’m told to tell the doctor when I see him, so my daughter gets called in at almost 12 noon and I can’t make any complaint because she’s in pain and needs to get these teeth out and I won’t make a stink because my daughter will be put under anistesia and I won’t be able to stay with her. Whatever but this office will never see my face again.

Horrifying experience!! Cold dentist with absolutely no feelings!!
