can’t say enough good things about this amazing doctor! Also his staff is pretty amazing as well. They always treat me so well and always help me anytime I have called or was in a jam because I ran out of contacts. I have worn contacts since I was young so I have been to many eye doctors in the past. None of them are as caring as Dr. Klein has been. He seen my son when he had just came home from the nicu and he isn’t listed as a pediatric eye doctor but he was great with my son. I decided after that to switch to him myself. I don’t have insurance and I still go to him yearly just because of how great he is. There are cheaper eye exams out there for someone without insurance but I refuse to go anywhere else. My daughter found out she needed glasses and I had her go to him as well. She started wearing contacts and got an infection from them and we ended up in the ER. The ER doctor did the standard care and sent us home. Next day she was still in pain and couldn’t open her eye. I called… the after hours number (it was a Saturday) and let them know what happened the night before. He called me back on his personal cell phone and told me to go back to the ER and he would meet me there.... on a Saturday... eye doctor... not usually the treatment you get from an eye doctor lol anyway he got there and found out she had the wrong meds prescribed to her so he got her the right ones and within 3 hours she felt 100x better. He told me to make an appointment in a week. He literally called me every day to check on how she was doing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better eye doctor. Seriously if you are looking for one who truly cares about his patients this is your best bet. He doesn’t work for money he works for the patients and the community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an awesome eye doctor and caring so much for my family!

Visited the ER on a Saturday night. My vision was suddenly and dramatically impaired. Dr Kline came to the ER to dianmose this strange condition. His care and immediate attention saved my sight. He is the best!

Unlike the 'doctor' at Harbor Health, Dr Besong, Dr. Klein visits his patients AND communicates!

Always patient and listens to what you have to say. Comes to the hospital within hours when you have a problem if he is in town. If out of town he calls in instructions and comes as soon as he returns. Very easy to get appts. and does volunteer work for the those with no insurance. There are so few caring doctors like Dr. Klein and his knowledge of eye care and diseases is remarkable. Will be sad when he retires, hopefully it won't be for years yet.

i am seeing dr.klein for many years. He is a patient man and answers all your concerns. He has a great staff who is friendly and helpful also.
