Meet Dr Kosiorek
Dr. Kosiorek, a native of Chicopee, Massachusetts, earned a BS in Zoology from the University of Massachusetts and his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Following graduation he entered the U.S. Army as a Dental Officer. While serving on Active Duty, Dr. Kosiorek received his specialty training in orthodontics and served as the Director of Orthodontics at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. In 1996 he became board certified in the specialty of orthodontics and represents one of a select few orthodontists in the area to hold such a distinction. After a career of almost 16 years of active service, Dr. Kosiorek, his wife and two children decided to settle down and in 1998 established his private practice in Longmeadow, MA. In September of 2004, COL Kosiorek as a member of the Army Reserve, was activated and served a tour of duty in Iraq. Dr. Kosiorek, now retired from military service devotes full time to his orthodontic …practice.
Dr. Kosiorek and his wife, Penny, have two children, Justin aand Danielle, and reside in East Longmeadow. In his spare time, Dr. Kosiorek enjoys gardening, kayaking, and skiing. Penny is a Master Gardner who enjoys culinary cooking and flower and herb gardening.
