Dr. David Koss, is a horrible.

DOLPHIN = Something much worse and I can't say it here. This Dentist is a real DOLPHIN. Professionalism is out the door the moment you walk into this office. Besides being a DOLPHIN, his work is DOLPHIN too. My child had a crown come out from a Gusher (Gushers aren't sticky whatsoever). A few weeks later, his brand new spacer popped out after eating Smarties. The Spacer was "cemented" in! Of course, he goes on DOLPHINing about how he should be not eating sticky foods, etc. Ok, how about just tell the kid "No more Candy. No more hard food. No more soft food either. Actually, just don't even use that side of your mouth at all anymore." When the Spacer popped off, there was no cement left. Not on the spacer, not around the teeth, nowhere. I have a strong suspicion they are trying to save money, and they are using low-grade material. Some advice to the Dentist. Do the job right the first time, and save money from having to fix your mistakes later on. Oh, and don't be a DOLPHIN to… your clients, especially the kids. I don't recommend anyone visiting him, unless it is to fix something that he has already DOLPHINed up.

This is the meanest most hateful dentist I have ever seen! My 4 year old grand daughter was getting a tooth pulled and wimping because she was scared. He proceeded to put his hand over her mouth, shook her and told her in a gruff voice to stop the noise. What a terrible person especially one that deals with children. He clearly needs to retire and go sit in a olds folks home.

This dentist did a root canal and crown on my daughters baby tooth with out my consent. They tolde she was getting a filling! After taking her back in pain demanding they see her again... he laughed because he sent her home with an infection. My child was in so much pain she just sobbed and sobbed. We are alternating Tylenol and motrin and its not working. I know tooth pain stinks!!! I feel.horrible for my child. Nevertheless we will not see him again and I'd like to report him for not asking me of it was Ok to do extensive work on her.
