Dr. David Jonathan Kouba, MD

Doctor was extremely condescending, insulting and rude. He also did procedures which were very painful with nothing to numb the area or alleviate the pain. I will NEVER go back.

Rude, arrogant and condescending. Would NEVER recommend.

This was my first time at this office. From my check in until I walked out the door my appointment could not have been better. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to get roomed and less than that to be seen. The young lady at check in was very pleasant and smiled as was the next lady at my check in to the actual office. I saw the nurse practitioner Holly Ruttan. She came in and introduced herself. She was very pleasant and she did a very thorough check. She explained everything as she went and answered all my questions and concerns. She did not seem to rush my appointment at all. I would highly recommend her and I will see her again next year and if I have any concerns.

I am a 85 year old man who went to a branch office of dr. Kouba which was run by a nurse practitioner. My first visit was with dr. Kouba for a Mohl procedure. Following that procedure I bled for over an hour and went to hospital. The following week I was to have a surgery to remove a cancer on my arm. I take 2 blood thinners and so my wife called to ask if I should be off of them for a few days before. The “nurse” nixed that and I continued to worry because of the first procedure. I was operated on at 10:00am and around 4:00pm I started to bleed profusely. Went to urgent care and they could not stop the bleeding and was told to go to hospital again. This time I bleed more than the first time. They advise to be off of blood thinners if you go to your dentist. Thoroughly disappointed in this office. Are not through as I might have a hematoma or blood clot. To be continued. James jaros

What a great caring doctor. Preformed a excellent job.

The staff and Dr Kouba were all very courtious and I was extremely impressed that Dr Kouba took the time to contact me before and after my surgery personally.

Dr Kouba and his staff are exceptional. My entire experience with his office was well beyond my expectations. I do feel I was treated as if I were family. I would highly recommend his office to anyone in need of dermatological care.

Incredible bedside manner. He really cares about his patients and he personally follows up by phone after every surgery. A rare find in a surgeon.
