David M. Krakoski deciphered the CT of sinus due to suspected broken nose. His report stated “There is no fracture, lyric destruction, or bony expansion” After follow up with my ENT I was told my nose has a fracture and it’s depicted clearly on the DVD of the test. My doctor will be contact him to ask what did he see and why did he NOT diagnose correctly. This review is a pre-requisite to a written formal complaint to the NYS medical review board. Perhaps he should not be practicing as he may misdiagnose someone else and cause them harm. Shame on you David Krakowski! Get it right! You are trusted by people for their health and you must a broken nose? Incompetent!!!!

He showed up to perform a thorocentesis, seemingly on the fly, in a worn out T-shirt and Jeans that were heavily creased, indicating they hadn't been washed for days. I thought maybe he was going to change into his scrubs, but he wore his dirty clothes for the procedure! So much for maintaining a sanitary environment! I have had 3 of these procedures and all of the physicians stopped when I began coughing or had pain - for my comfort and, I was told, so they could remove an optimal amount of fluid. This hack told me it wasn't necessary, that I should just go ahead and cough. Well I coughed and choked and developed crushing pain in my chest which necessitated the end of the procedure, leaving a liter of fluid in my lungs. None of these things happened with previous physicians. And all the information I found on the procedure stated that the physician should stop if the patient becomes uncomfortable. But he was obviously in a hurry to get back to whatever he had been doing before… he showed up in his disheveled state, and gave no indication that he gave a hoot about me or my wellbeing. Clueless and inhumane!!
