This works like a concierge service because they’re attentive to calls and booking appointments asap. They will keep in touch with local pharmacies to know when the shortages are so you don’t have to worry which is A+ for me because my previous providers were not helpful with finding the pharmacies with the medication. Which leads to not getting prescription or waiting weeks to find it.

I have been seeing Dr. Kraus for several months now, and I can confidently say that he’s made a profound difference in my life. From the very first session, I felt heard, understood, and respected. Dr. Kraus creates a safe and non-judgmental environment where I feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult topics. His expertise in both therapy and medication management has been invaluable in helping me navigate my mental health challenges. I have been seeing Dr. Kraus for over a decade. He is kind, patient and compassionate and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a psychiatrist.

The worst!

There is one and only one reason you should go to Dr. Kraus, and that is if you have been previously diagnosed and have been on the same medication for a number of years, but for some reason you need a new doctor to simply refill your prescriptions. Dr. Kraus isn't a pill-pusher per seâ??he does want evidence that you have be diagnosed and treated for the condition you claim you have. But the bottom line is he refills your prescriptions, end of story. Usually about 10 people in the waiting room at any given time, and he spends (literally) 5-7 min per patient, so if you need someone to talk out your problems with, this is not the doc for you. However, if you're sure of your diagnosis, and just need your meds refilled, Dr. Kraus will probably work for you.

This doctor does not deserve to be practicing and treating patients. He does not care about you. He is argumentative, condescending, and ignorant on how to assess, treat and relate to a patient. I came for an appointment after being diagnosed with ADD by my therapist of 5 years, who has spoken endlessly about my condition, did a proper brainmap analysis comparing it to a database, and after careful deliberation diagnosed me with a condition after ruling out other possibilities. I was hoping to explain this story to Mr Kraus, but he refused to listen and just assumed that I was depressed. His justification was that he simply thought I looked depressed coming into the door, and therefore assumed that was my problem. Any attempt that I made to further explain myself, he cut off and accused me of reading too much pop psychology. His license should be taken away.

This physician, Dr. Kraus is unprofessional, agrumentative with patients and refuses to pre-certify medications for patients. Spends limited time with patients. Do not go to him or be treated by him. He should be reported to the state.

This man should really not be allowed to practice. His manner is rude and his assessment skills are weak. He shows a complete lack of respect for his patients, showing up extremely late for time slots he has overbooked. He is never prepared and appears more interested in getting paid in cash than actually treating people. He does not communicate, but shuffles people in and out. And his office is filthy. Just all around terrible.

Dr. Kraus helped me find the balance in my life that I have been looking for. He is a caring doctor who is absolutely concerned with the well being of his patients. I would recommend to anyone.
