Dr. David Kreditor, MD

Dr Kreditor put me on a medication that made me gain 30 pounds in less than 6 weeks. I was not warned of possible side affects. Very irresponsible of him to prescribe this medicine, when there were many other options that don't lead to uncontrollable appetite & excessive weight gain. This led to physical health problems, experiencing bullying as a result and a negative self image. I was experiencing trauma & grief as a result of suddenly losing a close family member in a tragic way & he never helped me address my trauma & grief, only pushed meds.

On multiple occasions Dr Kreditor held me hostage by withholding my medication on months in which I was out of town and could not see him in person. He refused to refill medication I have been on stablely for more than a year even during the coronavirus crisis when I obviously could not see him in person. He also overbilled me and my insurance by claiming our 10 minute sessions were over 30 minutes. He was consistently rude via text, but otherwise pleasant enough in person.

Very good and experienced doctor, who helped me a lot

I would avoid seeing this doctor. Readily hands out prescriptions, but comes across as indifferent during meetings, and is condescending/impatient. In a follow up visit, he scrolled the internet as we talked. Enough said. Better to avoid if possible.

Dr. Kreditor is a danger to the mental health profession. He is rude, does not care about your opinion, only his. Very rude and impatient.

He was not caring and didn't even really ask me probing questions. He hurried the 30 min appt along and even made me leave early. I felt like i wasted my time with him. I have went to him 3 times and never got any help other than meds.
