Dr. David Arnold Krulee, MD

This practice should be reported to the State, I do not recommend anyone with mental health issues to interact with the staff. Dr. Krulee seemed to be a nice and decent doctor, however, the staff (especially Julia Krulee) is abusive. I tried to reschedule an appt to another date 2 weeks later. The guy on the phone, Jay, said he wouldn't reschedule me stating that I had to remain on the care schedule Dr. Krulee setup. I explained I had no choice because of my work schedule. I then asked for him to simply cancel the appointment so that I at least wouldn't be charged a no show fee, and asked him to please tell Dr. Krulee the situation and to ask him if I could be rescheduled. Jay said that he could cancel the appointment, but that I wouldn't be seen because I was not following the care schedule. About an hour later I received a bizarre phone call from Julia Krulee who is apparently the office manager. Julia said that her staff member was upset with how I treated him and she began… reprimanding me, for what I'm still not sure. I explained the conversation and that I requested to be rescheduled and if I couldn't be then I would follow-up with primary care. She rambled on belligerently and then said she was going to close my file and drop me as a patient. After that the call ended. I tried to log into Dr. Krulee's patient portal after the phone call and my account was no longer active, Julia had immediately deactivated it. Oddly I received a phone message from Dr. Krulee late the following day. In his message he said that he was informed I called the office and said that I wanted to cancel all future appointments and didn't want to have him as a doctor anymore. In his message he asked for me to please call him back within the week or they would cancel my account - strange because my account had already been canceled. I tried to call Dr. Krulee back and I received his emergency voice message. I was going to leave a message for him however it then transfers to Julia's voice mail. I don't plan to talk to that woman ever again so I did not leave a message. Dr. Krulee is a good doctor, however his wife shouldn't be allowed to work with the public, and certainly should not be talking to anyone with mental health issues.

Near 10 years of garbage care. Dropped over nothing, claimed I backed out of care 3 separate times when I never did once. Left me without my medications to fend for myself. Doesn’t actually manage medications or make suggestions, you’re in charge of all that yourself. Rude and impersonal. When I was put into care he was caring for a family member. A severe conflict of interest, he should have never taken me on. Staff is blunt and rude beside Jay and they harass patients. Do not ever subject yourself to this malpractice suit waiting to happen.

Overall Dr. Krulee do not work with parents to communicate or even return phone calls, emails. If there is a concern about a child he won't speak to the parent. He even went as far as discussing billing or other issues that a parent may have with the office in front of the child. That is very unprofessional.

Very very poor handling by staff in particular the business manager who threatened me about payments within 12 hours of my visit

Staff and doctor are so rude and disrespectful....very uncomfortable. All he does is give out prescription after prescription. Just a horrible experience

Don't visit this doctor. Terrible staff causes problems.

Takes days for a return phone call. Unfriendly staff

My son and husband had been going to Dr Krulee for four years. I found Dr. Krulee kind and understanding he always listened to concerns and explained things to my son which is unusual most doctors talk over him. My issue is the incompetant office staff. They always seemed so nice but would botch everything up. I called several times the day before an appointment to reschedule last minute. I finally left a message by 4:15pm. The next appointment I was told I owed 60$ for a missed appointment. I told them I called the day before and the answer was "you called 23 not 24 hours before the appointment" They insisted I pay this! when I spoke to Dr. Krulee he said he didnt have time for this and would not wave the fee. I told him if his staff had answered the phone this wouldnt be an issue. I feel this should have been waved. In four years of going to Dr. Krulee not once had we not paid or skipped appointments. My husband missed one appointment and we paid the fee. Does this sound like a… caring doctor to you? Thanks for everything shopping for new doc!

Not what I expected at all. I thought going to see a shrink was going to be horrible. This place was great. Staff, office, and Dr. Krulee. Before I went I was unsure, now I feel better!

The office is comfortable. We waited in the waiting room a little longer than expected, but overall a good experience. Dr. Krulee gave us the extra time we needed, because our daughter is very sick. We feel very confident that he was not trying to push pills, and his staff was helpful and he has a nice therapist there named Jen. My thoughts are only mine but my daughter is getting better, and that is all that matters.
