This was THE worst doctor I have ever had seen. Unimaginable how rude and unprofessional this man was. Didn't listen and spoke to me like I was a 5-year-old.

Terrible. Rude, arrogant, dismissive. I did not like this " doctor " at all!

I had the misfortune of seeing Dr. Kruse in 2020 for an emergency trip to Reston hospital with abdominal pain. I was in pain and alone because of covid. He went into "doctor speak" and I was overwhelmed by all the information. I asked him if he would briefly speak to my husband who I had on speaker phone and he rolled his eyes at me and begrudgingly complied. My husband later commented how rude he was (as did a nurse who was present) and as if that wasn't bad enough, he got my diagnosis wrong.

This doctor has no compassion for how a patient is feeling. Made the diagnosis fairly quickly ruling out kidney infection or no infection but has no answers for the extreme pain for few days following a UTI. Discharged me feeling no better than when I went in. I cam home and vomited. He thinks my face was cheerful indirectly saying that you are faking it. As if he will be paying for my deductible and coinsurance. No one goes to the emergency room for faking pain. Horrible doctor, very rude , wonder if he is high on narcotics.

He may be very good at trauma, but for chronic illness I would not want to see him again. Gave a double dose of Lasix without checking for hydration (patient had no liquids for over 8 hrs) and he didn't ask, but he did comment that there was no swelling as would be the case if fluids were being retained. Made diagnosis strictly from x-ray which should not have been made and could only have been determined by specific testing. Specialist did NOT confirm diagnosis.
