Dr. David Reynard Kurish, MD

Dr Kurish deserves a top rating. My wife and I (in our 80's) have been his patients for several years. His great strength is his almost uncanny diagnostic ability. Without wasting time, he examines carefully, advises honestly and bluntly, prescribing the right tests and calling in the right experts when necessary. Where treatment is in order, his knowledge of what is available is thorough, up-to-date and quickly brought to bear. Not much "bedside manner" but he really cares.

I've been going to Dr. Kurish for about 5 years now. He is a great Dr. as far as I'm concerned. He helped me to stop smoking, I thank him for that. Very little wait time and the staff is very nice, but they are very unorganized and crammed into a small space. Easy to get an appointment. The bookkeeping/billing staff is horrible. Bookkeeper turnover is frequent. They don't send out bills. I wish they would.

Dr. Kurish was ok, but his staff is completely incompetent. I called multiple times to get answers about what happened with my insurance, and the office repeatedly told me I would be getting a call back with answers and after 5 calls to the office, I still received no call back, only the same bill that is more and more past due.

DR Kurish is a true credit to the medical profession. He honestly takes his oath seriously and cares about people and their health and well being, versus padding insurance claims, playing golf and boating as so many do. A doctor who works and follows up on Sundays, Holidays or even if he is off fishing ( which he does so rarely, sometimes I feel he needs some rest) He is in is office long after the staff leaves and will perform everyone's job to make sure he sees you and treats you thoroughly. He is a saint!His staff is less than stellar but he gives you a way to get around them to reach him.
