Not sure exactly, but my gut feeling is something is not right with his practice. he has repeatedly ordered my the wrong medication.

I had been to another gastroenterologist and was unhappy. I switched to Dr. Landset and had an excellent experience. His staff was very friendly and professional and the doctor took excellent care of me. He accurately diagnosed my problem and treated it well

I had an appointment but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I never got in to see the doctor because I inadvertently had an old insurance card with me and I offered to call Personal Choice and have them authorize it over the phone BUT....THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF REFUSED ME AND SAID THAT AFTER I WAITED 30 MIN. THE DOCTOR WAS LEAVING IN 15 MINUTES AND COULDN'T SEE ME. PERSONAL CHOICE SAID THEY COULD HAVE AUTHORIZED IT OVER THE PHONE. ALSO: THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THE HIPPA LAWS THEY ASKED ME PERSONAL MEDICAL QUESTIONS IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE IN THE WAITING ROOM. I MENTIONED IT TO THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK AND SHE DENIED IT AND SLAPPED THE HIPPA SHEET IN FRONT OF ME TO SIGN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AN UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE LIKE THIS TO ANYONE.
