I went in for a colonoscopy. He stapled some hemorrhoids, during the procedure. Before then I have never had problems with constipation. I had to go to the ER 3 days in a row after my procedure to get my bladder emptied, because I couldn't urinate. I can't pass stool without enemas and laxative. A screening colonoscopy has ruined me and doctor laubers only comment was "this is common". I didn't know he was going to put staples in me and was not informed about complications.

My third screening colonoscopy as a patient with a family history of colon cancer was traumatic. The first two were done in another state and went well, with no lasting effects and no polyps or biopsies required to find me cancer free. After moving to Corbin Dr. Lauber performed the third screen. He performed an unnecessary biopsy on an external hemorrhoid that I had had for years simply to get paid for it. He introduced a second hemorrhoid through his rough treatment during the procedure. I awoke to surgery techs and nurses expressing concern for the amount of bleeding. The first two screenings had no bleeding. When I returned to his office for results of the biopsy and to seek help for the very painful condition of my hemorrhoids, he was uncaring and unprofessional. In the middle of my question he interrupted to say the pain was inconsequential and the "important thing was the report is negative". He dismissed me and my pain. Never been treated that way by a doctor.

Dr.Lauber butchered me, and could careless what complications I was having after my procedure, he would not communicate with me, nor even bother to look at my incision that was leaking, which in turn led to me having to have an unneccesary trip to the emergency room that costed me an additional $1500, a second surgery two weeks after the first, which could have been prevented if he would have bothered to do his job. He makes you feel like you are a burden to him , god forbid you ask a question, he is very cold and heartless, he will not even make eye contact with you,and if you are in any pain whatsoever he could careless, i have had to seek medical help elsewhere to correct what he has done to me, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this jerk
