Dr. David Lee

We never got to a visit. I called to make an appointment as a first-time patient. Noone answers the phone, and voicemail didn't work. I then requested an appointment online which auto prompts 4 emails being sent to create a portal and fill out documents. Why would I share personal information if I have never spoken to a person in your practice much less get an appointment? I called again and this time I got the option to leave a voicemail. A person called back that was aggressive that it is required to fill out forms to get an appointment. She said Dr. Lee is 4 months out and the other practitioners are 4-6 weeks out. I asked who they are, and she said they are online. I understand we are moving to a self-service world, but being rude with no customer service is unacceptable. I don't care how great of a physician you are, don't treat potential patients who are paying you for a service disrespectfully. Dr. Lee....seeing what others are saying about your staff, it is hurting… your reputation.

I went and was seen by the nurse practitioner. Took all kinds of pictures of possible cancer. Burned several off and cut samples of others. I have been calling for over a week and a half. No available times fir Dr. lee. Turns out I have cellulitis so there are no emergency appointments. Dr. Lee your staff is horrible your patients are more important than this I would hope????? This could be a life threatening illness. Not acceptable to me.

Dr. Lee performed a small procedure and was really caring, thorough and professional. His entire staff including front desk receptionist is very professional. I would definitely recommend him to our friends amd family. Thanks

After going to other Dermatologist and being left with a feeling that they could care less about their patients, I found Dr Lee. The people here really care about you. I wish all of my Dr's were this good.

I've been to several different dermatologists over the years and Dr. Lee is the best! Parking is easy (& free!), his office is beautiful & his staff is wonderful. Once there, I've never had to wait - he doesn't over-book like most doctors! Once in the exam room, he comes right in (no waiting again!), he's very professional and knowledgeable and you're in & out in no time. I have to make my appointments on my one day off from work, so I am grateful that I can get in & out in no time. I've had several procedures with Dr. Lee due to many years of sun worshiping now catching up with me. He does an amazing job with little or no pain. I highly recommend Damascus Dermatology!

Thorough doctor, efficient office, friendly staff

As a new patient you would hope for a doctor to good bedside manner. Dr. Lee seemed to be in a hurry, was dismissive about the concerns I had and after a quick procedure was done he gave no direction on how or what type of care needed until skin healed. I literally had to go back and ask an assistant what steps to take until the skin healed. That didn't sit right with me at all. I left feeling as though I wasted my time as I don't have a good feeling on his dismissive response to every question I had.

Speeds through examination. Unfriendly. Absolutely no bedside manner. Very cold and in a hurry to leave. Standoffish. Will never go there again.
