Dr. David R Leonard, MD

Doctor David Leonardo is courteous, informative in a very professional way and does not push you to do procedures that are not needed. He corrected a flaw in my previous thread lift procedure (done by an expert doctor whom I have been seeing for various treatments for 7 years) by adding a filler shot in my left and right temple, a small painless step which uplifted my face immediately. He will not rush you in decisions, has a good eye in how proportional your face should look and spends time without that self-important hint that many doctors do "other VIP patients are waiting and they spend a lot more than you do". He also answers by text if you have any questions on phone and not ignore you like most doctors do. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional informative doctor.

I have been his patient for 37 yrs. And he saved my life in 1978.

I was told 11 years ago the Dr. Leonard is the best Endocrinologist in my area. I then scheduled and apt. I have Hashimotos and it is hard to get it right with level of correct dosage. Dr leonard went above and beyond to get this right. He is personable, compassionate and knows what he is doing. I will greatly miss Dr. Leonard as I know he is now retired. Thank you for the 11 years you helped me!!!

too many good dr's in the area to endure Dr Leonard rude and discourteos manner, as well as his lack of providing timely and accurate results, He fails to complete a normal diabetic exam, he did nothing but read the same report that I received a copy of before my appointment. Like I said there are quality endocrinologists in the area , no need for substandard care with this one.

Did not listen to my chief complaint for seeing him and then noted my file with innaccurate information, including nonexistent doctors, wrong medications, etc. Failed to provide test results until I made multiple phone calls over a 3 week period and still never sent some test results. Never copied information to my PCP.

Dr. Leonard was very thorough and very nice. I was referred to him after seeing a few other endocrinologists because I have multiple autoimmune problems including Hashimotos Thyroiditis.His staff was very nice as well.I am very happy that I am now seeing Dr. Leonard.

I was originally referred by a physician I've been seeing for years and who I trust immensely. I've been seeing Dr. Leonard for 2 years, and generally, as I live overseas, have very short notice when I will be in town. His staff has been exceptionally cooperative in working me in. I've seen a lot of doctors about my diabetes and I trust what I hear and the advice given. Dr. Leonard has helped me get my blood sugar under control and has done everything short of the things I have to do for myself.
