Dr. David Liff, MD

I saw this doctor and got a bad feeling immediately. He lacked empathy and sincerity. Upon further research, I found that his license was revoked in the state of NY based on 4 cases where negligence was proven...and in Wyoming he is able to practice general cardiology, not "interventional" as he used to do. Going to find another doctor and my gut-feeling proved to be correct.

Kind and take his time with all patients. He is the best.

dishonest, uses too many drugs, not truthfull

I owe my life to Dr. Liff. When he worked in New Orleans, I was a patient of his. Without his experience and expertise, I would have died. I'm currently making an appointment to see him soon in Ok. I'm driving up from Louisiana. He's such a professional and personal doctor. I'm looking forward to an appointment.

My first appt. I just turned 70 and wanted to develop a relationship w a cardiologist. He was approachable, conversant-listening to what I had to say and not afraid to share some of his personal information which gave me the feeling that he and I are in a partnership for my long term health.

This site shows a Dr. David A Liff that graduated from Ohio State and it shows his location is in Colorado. Last fall, my husband saw a Dr. David A Liff that graduated from Ohio State, but we are in the Tulsa OK area. He put a stint in my husband. Our dealings with him were satisfactory and we had no issues with him or his performance. We called to confirm a follow-up appointment in May of 2018 with Dr Liff and the office said he was no longer there. We were never notified that he had left or where he went or anything. They transferred the appointment to a PA in the office and said they will reassign another cardiologist to the case later. I don't know if this is the same doctor but it seems strange that there would be 2 David A Liff's that graduated Ohio State around the same time and both are in cardiology. Does he commute between OK and CO?? I am not happy that he is no longer in our area and that we were never notified. Don't really know what rating to give. Frustrated in Tulsa.

My wife saw Dr Liff and we will never see him again. He was quick to meet with us and no less provided us with an inaccurate diagnosis.

Dr. Liff performed heart surgery on my husband. As soon he could he first called then shortly after the call he came out and showed me x-rays and explained how the procedure went and what he did. He was very concerned about my husbands condition and on the follow-up visit my husband was having problems Dr. Liff then arranged for him to see a diabetic sepcialist(who is wonderful). I love Dr. Liff and if my husband has problems in the future we will get to as soon as we can. Dr. Liff of course did not spend an excessive amount of time, but he stayed until he knew I understood what he and done and what would happen next. I appreciate the time because he spent. I could go on and on about him my husband is now doing much better. I cannot thank him enough or say enough about him.

We left confused. He was short with us and didn't answer questions clearly. This was all new to us, so patience and explaining things (even if again) would have been nice and helpful. I gotta believe there are kinder doctors out there.

Not a good fit for me and my family. Like other reviews, I found him to be short with our questions. Not attentive or caring.
