Midwives run the practice. Dr Lima on the one hand seems to forget his previous statements and on the other he rarely, if ever, gives a professional opinion, unlike the midwives who speak even about things they do not know well. Am afraid I will have to find a new ob-gyn.

Staff rude. Doctor goofy and not helpful.

Went to a recent appointment with the midwife Margaret Withington, after 10+ years with the practice I've never been more serious about leaving this practice. Over the years ive never had no issues and I was very happy with the practice but since my health has changed for the worse and now I require more attention and help, Dr. Lima has been AWOL and Margret Withington is as mean as a snake. A midwife certainly doesn't know what a dr. does but since Dr. Lima only makes guest appearances I've always had to see Marrgret. Which over the years has gone well; However, after the last two appointment I've had with her I've never been so disrespected by her or treated so rudely by her in my life. She literally rolled her eyes and commented under her breath when I told her I had a more then one medical concern during my visit. Instead of trying to really figure out how to help me and find out what is exactly is going on she questioned my ability to understand my own body and it's signals by… asking me common sense questions. She has a tendency to put a band-aid in wounds, so to speak, rather then finding a permanent solution. I'm in the process of finding a practice that wants to help people live a better quality of life, one that will listen to my needs, rather then get snippy and make me feel worse for bothering them. I need a person that is genuinely concerned and dedicated to my for care. And a dr. that will address the abnormal results of my lab tests rather then wait for me to bring it up and ask for clarification. My advice go to another practice because no one at this office cares, all they do is rush you in, only to make you wait rediculous amount of time in the room, then tell you nothing is wrong..."don't worry, uterus' fall out all the time!"...well basically, I may have exaggerated a bit but you know what I mean. KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PRACTICE!

Dr Lima is compassionate and very attentive. I always feel well supported. He makes his patient feel comfortable. I am sure he sees hundreds of patients, however, he remembers me and asks questions about my general health and my family. His staff is cordial and kind. I have the highest regard for this practice.

Late, rushed, and harried. Finding a new doctor.

Absolutely best OB/GYN you'll ever find, have been seeing him for over 16 years now. I drive an hour for appts. to continue as his patient and feel perfectly taken care of with my current twin pregnancy. I could write a book about this man, he's amazing and the most compassionate Dr. I've ever met. These people who give poor reviews because of wait times...that's going to happen with most good Dr's since they're in high demand.

Dr. Lima was running very late and rushed through my appointment. This was my first appointment and I didn't feel that he took the time to get to know me.

Dr. Lima was a great doctor for me in the beginning. Now the practice he is in is the worse. I have waited for an appointment 45min to 90 min late just for yearly exams. When he does see me he is rushed and convinced my husband and I have a fertility problem. Well I had a miscarriage. I feel forced to go from office to office for appointments and info is missing from my data. I am searching for a new doctor.
