Dr. David Liporace, DO

If I could zero stars I would. If you want a Dr that will up and drop you for being “cash paying” with no notice, then this is the place for you! I was initially recommended to go to Dr Liporace from his wife while I was seeing her as my therapist. I have been seeing him every month for almost 5 years. I moved from FL to Chicago over 2 years ago and still continued to see me as a cash paying patient. Until I received a letter in the mail that they would no longer see me as a patient anymore because I was cash paying and out of state. They gave me no notice, meanwhile I am on medication that will have a negative effect mentally and physically to me when abruptly stopped. It’s now also causing me to go through withdraws and I have been so sick these last few days. I have been scrambling to find a Dr locally now but everything is booked out months. When I called crying and begging the other day for help from him/what to do, the old lady I spoke to (office assistant) told me “I don’t know… what to tell you. You should try going to the hospital”. Filing with AHCA, FL DOH etc

He`a an excellent caring doctor. He listens closely to what you say and takes it very seriously. You do not wait in the sitting room for ever only to see him for 5 mins. His staff is very nice as well.

When you find the best deal at a bargain price, you like to pretend you paid full price. Admit it. Keeps the masses from buying it and devaluing your find. That's what I'm afraid a rave review from me will do for Dr. Liporace and staff. Everyone else is going to start going and it will be harder to get into. They use technology but not to the exclusion of good old fashioned hands to the belly, thump, thump. Something you may have lived with all your life might be noticed and cured with an OTC pill. They always start with the small stuff unless, I imagine, something appears larger, more serious to them. Preparing for surgery I kept having the same two minor issues but they never forgot me. They would call just to let me know one issue solved but let's test both the day before. No one ever did all this pre-op testing for me before. Medications? Once you've been subscribed you can use portal to order minor prescriptions. Or you might order and that will trigger a visit. If you… are compliant, they may write a week for you so you can get in to see them. I am early disabled and Medicare boggles me. I was helped with primary and secondary plans. I am trying to be generic and not using names. I am not saying they don't take all patients seriously but a lot of the stuff they've done for me lately has been as a friend helping a friend. I am not a one time patient. My husband and I both are patients here. When we see the Boy/Girl Scout sales, Little League, etc., sales, we will buy. This is family. And we are part of it, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Dr Liporace has been my doctor for over 25 years and I wouldn’t use anyone else. The majority of his staff has also been with him for years which says a lot for him and his practice. Not sure how he does it, but he is always on time e en when Josie or Summer fit you in , no matter how busy he is , if you are in need of treatment. Cant say enough about him or his staff...they are awesome!

A doctor who listens to you!!! He is the BEST!

In General I am pleased with my experiences with Dr. Liporace's office but a few simple matters would make me feel much better about being a patient there. When arriving for an appointment I am greeted with a closed window and a sign saying "please don't tap on the glass". After a bit the window slides open and I am greeted in a lukewarm manner. Is it so hard to be greeted with a nice "Good morning Mr. So & So!" I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years and not once have I ever been addressed by my name. The doctor is just as guilty of this and it is reflected in the detached manner of his staff. If I have to call - the receptionist and others speak so fast that it is an insult. "You better be quick because I am in a hurry and don't have time to waste." I would give a 5 star recommendation if these areas could be improved. I mean how hard is it to look at the chart and call me by my name? I have spent thousands of dollars as a patient of theirs.

I couldn't be any more pleased with this practice. Everyone's super kind and very attentive. Your treated as an individual and not as a group. in other words they understand that you are not like everyone else and your symptoms might not be the same as the last persons.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE! THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND AMAZING. THANK YOU EVERYONE!
