All-around great experience. Dr. Lo took care to really listen and respond to my concerns. He was very informative and kind. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

Excellent physician. Knowledgeable about the latest research but very practical and sensible. Educates the patient and family and answers all questions. We could not be more pleased with Dr. Lo. We have highly recommended him to friends.

Dr Lo is a fabulous doctor and spends as much time as you need. I was impressed that he studied my history prior to my first appointment. He works very hard studying your needs. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Lo has a wonderful caring bedside manner. He listens, he cares, he's confident without being arrogant. I was very scared of being put to sleep. When I met with him, I felt safe and very comfortable. I felt a good aura from him. I would recommend him to my loved ones. I wish there were more like him.

I went for a followup appointment after being discharged from the hospital. I wasn't impressed with the receptionist who signed me in and took my copay. Nor was I impressed with the PCA who checked me in while in exam room. However, I'm not there to make friends with the office staff. Dr. Lo was outstanding! He took time with me to explain everything to me in words and terms used by us normal people! LOL Dr. Lo has wonderful bedside manners and really encourages questions. I give Dr. Lo 5 stars because he definately deserved them!!
