Often he has started his appointments several minutes late. On at least a few occasions, he interrupted the sessions to take or make phone calls. He has used ad hominem references, when commenting on patient's concerns and comments about various matters.

After expressing concerns about a particular matter, he failed to respond to requests.

We had a scheduled phone consult at a particular time on a specified number at a specified date and time. He never called, never apologized and never gave a reason why he failed to call. Additionally his website states that he accepts insurance, specifically United Health care, among others. In fact he does NOT accept any health insurance. These circumstances show a lack of professionalism inter alia, and are unethical in our opinion. We will not use his services again.

Dr. London is a bit "clinical" or extremely objective in his interactions with me as an eight-year-long patient. However, he is EXCELLENT!! I really respect his approach and the fact that he basically viewed prescription medication as a last resort. As it turns out, I needed to resort to the use of prescription medication for major depressive disorder but he really explores the latest research findings and keeps his eyes open for other possible options and avenues of treatment. If a natural "cure" is ever discovered, I trust that he will be informing his patients. His personality really takes getting used to. He does maintain a poker face and he does not express empathy in the conventional sense but you just come to realize that he does have your best interest in mind. I get a real kick out of him and now and then, he shows a spark of humor or personal opinion. He is NOT a psychologist, folks! He is not chatty. For that, see another professional.I trust him exclusively. When… you hear him yawning on the other end of the phone at 1:00 a.m. because you called the emergency service and the med. you tried didn't work, you sort of develop a weird sense of trust at least partly on that basis. (Yes, I had to try a couple of options at first but the correct medication or medication family for me was quickly identified.) Dr. London would laugh at this rather long and rambling review but that's what makes him funny and quirky and interesting. Ha! Good luck to everyone.
