I went into Snt Agnes urgent care tonight for something personal I won't get into.. When finding out my reason for coming in, I asked for a women as it was on a private part of my body and he is a male, he says "yeah maybe we should get a female", comes back and outside the door laughed with the nurse about why I was being seen in ear shot of all the staff!!! I was so embarrassed and mad. I told him he was wrong and explained more to the nurse about why I was there. He then was very rude and didn't take time to give me proper care because he got caught talking behind my back and just wanted to be done seeing me.

I saw this doctor at Saint Agnes Urgent care last night. His bedside manner was terrible. I came in with a severe sore burning throat and a congested cough. I was miserable to say the least. Upon him entering the room I tried to explain to him the symptoms I was having but he kept cutting me off. I asked him for a breathing treatment as well as some antibiotic only because four days prior I had brought my 13 yr old child in for the same thing and the doctor that treated him gave him a breathing treatment that helped him tremendously. She also 3 days later called him in an antibiotic that knocked it right out of him, so it would only make sense for him to treat me the same. I explained to him that my son was a Type 1 Diabetic and homeschooled and I am his only caretaker and could not afford to be sick and to please reconsider his treatment plan. He flies out of the room after quickly telling me he's going to test me for the flu and strep first. I said okay, well 20 minutes later he… flies back in there telling me I don't have strep nor do I have the flu and that he will only be giving me Flonase! I could not believe my ears so your telling my I can't tell if I'm congested that when I cough it's so tight I'm literally vomiting? Seriously? It's obvious I'm severely congested I wasn't asking him for a hardcore narcotic I merely asked for a breathing treatment and an antibiotic. My son was just diagnosed with a viral infection 4 days prior and we share the same environment so it would only make sense we have the same thing. This doctor is a nut job! He came in the room like the flying nun long greasy hair tied up in a ponytail. Very unprofessional and I too will be making a complaint about this rude, condescending and I feel racist doctor.

He was very rude and inconsiderate when I was seen by him. He kept making facial expressions while speaking with. Questioned why I took certain medication and made statements like "I'm a ER doctor I'll let whoever is treating you figured all that out", "that doesn't make sense", and "what do you want me to do". He refused to give me a medication I was familiar with without providing an explaination despite it being in my chart. Horrible doctor who shouldn't be in practice.

If we could give ZERO STARS for this so called Dr we would! Very unprofessional seemed as if he didn't even want to be at work at Saint Agnes Urgent Care in Fresno. Did not even take time for a patient to explain their prior condition and was very rough when asked not to be. he definitely needs to go back to school and maybe take a course on empathy and not be quick to judge people by their looks or appearance, St Agnes will definitely be receiving a complaint for this doctor.

He's rude, indifferent, insensitive, uncaring, spent less then 5 minutes with me after having me wait for 30 minutes.

Dr. Lucero helped my husband manage his pain for years and he was always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my husband when other doctors could not.
