Dr Lundy exemplifies the characteristics of the Dr that we all remember from a time long gone or dream of having. He genuinely cares, had read my chart and knew my history. It was genuinely enjoyable to visit with him feeling like I mattered. A true gem.

I gave 5 stars because this is a review of Dr Lundy and not anyone else or the hospital. Doctor Lundy and his staff are very nice, professional, and thorough. The only issue I found is it takes forever to get an appointment with him. I had to wait from January to June just to see him. Then it was going to take until August to get the procedure done until I complained that I had already spent half a year waiting with the pain and wasn't about to wait another 2 months. I was glad they then found an opening for the procedure the following week.

Nice doctor with pleasant personality , but the entire office is a disaster and they do not do anything they say they will do . I went to pharmacy eight times and my med was never called in despite pleading . The doctor was supposed to fill out a form in order to get meds my insurance company did not want to pay for . He never filled out the form and I got tired of begging . On top of that , one of his female staffers is incredibly rude . I do not understand why this dysfunction continues and hope the physician can improve the problems.

Do not use Dr. Lundy if you expect any reports, of any procedures done by Dr. Lundy. Office staff us rude. You are lucky if anyone answers the phone. I do not know how Dr. Lundy stays in practice. Dr. Lundy needs to retire before he seriously harms someone.

Shameful level of treatment.

Like almost everyone else on here, I am thoroughly disgusted by the lack of competence of the office staff. I like Dr. Lundy--have been a patient of his for over 20 years, but his office staff has just gotten worse and worse over time! I can never talk to an actual nurse, can never get a call back from them, cannot get them to send in prescriptions or prescription refills in a timely manner! The only way they return my call is if my husband calls to chew them out or my Humira Ambassador calls to complain! It's ridiculous!! I'm thinking about switching doctors just for this reason alone! The doctor needs to read the reviews and make the necessary changes!!!!
