Dr. David Todd Madder, DDS

Dr. David Madder graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2002. Prior to studies in Pittsburgh, he attended Idaho State University and Brigham Young University-Idaho. He has been in his current location for seven years.
Dr. Madder remains current in many continuing educational classes ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care available. Currently, Dr. Madder is enrolled in a four year Master track curriculum and is working towards achieving the status of Mastership granted by the American Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). Dr. Madder is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of General Dentistry
Dr. Madder is very proud of his beautiful wife Heather Madder who is an author, motivational speaker and life coach. (www.heathermadder.com). He also enjoys spending time with his four wonderful children, traveling, playing tennis and serving in his church and community.
Dr. …Madder is passionate about his commitment to his patients and their dental health. He is very personable and takes time to listen and then explain treatment options clearly. He feels that his patient are part of his extended family and enjoys being a part of their lives.
Tish, Administrative Coordinator
Tish has been in the Dental Field for twenty one years. She attended Pima Medical Institute in Tucson, graduating with a Dental Assisting degree in 1989, and then continued her career here in Phoenix. After six years of being a dental assistant, she had the opportunity to transition into the front office which she found challenging and rewarding. Tish has enjoyed working with Dr. Madder for the past three years. She brings to the office her knowledge in financing and insurance coverage to help patients achieve their cosmetic and dental health needs. Her friendly, outgoing personality helps the patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit from the moment they walk in the door. Tish is passionate about patient care and education. She makes it a goal to treat each patient as a family member.
When not working, Tish enjoys spending time with her husband, Pete, her son, Tyler, and also hanging out with her family and friends. She is a proud mom of a black and white Shih tzu puppy named Molly. In her spare time she goes to the gym, enjoys hiking through beautiful Arizona and traveling as much as possible!
Aimie, Registered Dental Hygienist
Aimie decided to further her career after being in the Dental Field for five years by attending Rio Salado College in Phoenix. She graduated in 2007 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Over the past 2 years she has been an awesome team player and a valuable asset for Dr. Madder and our patients . Aimie looks forward to building long lasting professional and personal relationship with every patient. She is dedicated to her profession and attend extensive continuing education courses to increase her knowledge and the level of care she provides .
In her off time, Aimie enjoys caring for her beautiful one year old daughter Avalyn, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She also has a three year old baby boy Boxer, Russell, that she considers her pride and joy
Krista, Dental Assistant
Krista’s dental career started about six years ago. She graduated from Apollo College where she got her certificate in dental assisting. She enjoys helping people and has a sweet and gentle personality. What she loves most about the office is how caring & warm hearted all our staff is, but most of all how inviting Dr. Madder makes you feel and the professional care that he gives. Krista was born in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She moved here when she was ten, with her parents and two older brothers.
In her spare time, Krista likes to go to the movies and spend time with her boyfriend. She enjoys reading nonfiction novels, cooking and walking her dog, Rocket.
