After, he completed his Family Medicine residency at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville and his fellowship at the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Mann went on to complete his Sports Medicine Fellowship at UCSD /Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and also completed his internship in General Surgery there.
