Excellent job! Would recommend!

I think Dr. Manuel is a fine doctor but his office staff , Debora who should not work at the reception desk in his office. She should not be allowed to work anywhere nearly related to the health care field at all. She is rude and had no customer (patient) service skill or attitude. After I had two phone communication with her, I decided not ever going back to the doctor's office. I feel sad for Dr. Manuel to have a office staff like Debora, whose job is to answer calls and help building the first connection, but Debora actually drove me away from the doctor. I can be certain that I am not the first patient who had terrible experiences with Debora. DeKalb Illinois is a small town. Dr. Manuel, once you fire Debora, please let us know. You will find more patients going back to your office. Conduct patient survey!

I was referred to Dr. Manuel by my primary care doctor. I can't begin to thank him for the ease in making the appointment, as well as the thorough handling of my case with his office staff and excellent follow-up after my procedure. He takes the time to answer all questions and makes sure that you understand "what and why" about anything that he will be doing for you.
