Dr. Marks really helped my pain after my car accident. The best thing about Dr. Marks is that he is careful with what he does and really cares about helping me.

It has been great working with Dr. Marks! His honest approach and vast knowledge have me totally confident that I will obtain my goals!

When I was first diagnosed with migraines I felt really afraid. My migraines were so bad that I couldn't function. Then I found Dr. Marks. From our first visit, I could tell that he really cared and listened to everything I had to say. He made me feel so much better! He reassured me that there were good solutions to my headaches and got me started right away on a new plan. I am so happy I found a doctor I really trust and I'm now doing so much better. I am so grateful to you Dr. Marks!

Dr. Marks is great. He always spends time with me and listens to what I have to say, and then works with me to find a solution. He has a great bedside manner and is warm and caring. He's also very smart and has great medical advice. I feel so lucky that he is my doctor and have highly recommended him to my family and friends.

He has helped me so much. I think he's wonderful, caring and compassionate. So happy I found him.

OMG I have read the reviews on this office and I found them to be so true. The person that sits in the front and gives you your next appt. runs the show there. This is not Dr Marks office that is BEN'S office he is the rudest, dishonest person I have ever come in contact with at a Dr office. They lie and say that they care about the patients in truth all they care about is making money, they manipulate drug screens and say that there are other drugs in your system so that they can kick you out of the pratice...what a joke. Besides that when you go there makesure you have nothing else to do for the day cuz your gonna be there for awhile, when the elevator doors open there are people everywhere. DEA has been in that office and they need to do more investigating on them. I am going to contact ST of CT and the States Atty General about this place. They should not be able to do what they do to people making it seem like every person that walks thru the door is a drug addict. I will make it… my goal to makesure that anyone that wants to go to this place will no what they have to look forward to. They tell you that you can talk to Dr Marks but when you call Ben will either keep you on hold or just hang up on you. I don't know who this guy thinks he is be what goes around comes around and he will get his you can't treat people the way they do. The only reason why there are any stars for my review is because you can't summit your rating without doing so.

This is the worst place by far they do not care about managing the patient pain or care about their treatment I have followed Dr Marks advice and his answer was to cut my medication even knowing that the medication was barely relieving my pain. His answer was were cutting you by one pill a day to see if that works are you kidding me hes so worried about the state or the DEA coming in that he's forgotten why he became a pain management doctor in the first place now what where does a patient with MRI's and test results go from here who's going to take responsibility for my care the proper care in which I need because PCC does not care about their patients !!! So sad
