After receiving his undergraduate degree at University of Southern California, Dr. Martin continued his studies at USC earning a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 1974. Then in 2005 he earned an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Dr. Martin’s experience in Cosmetic, Restorative Dentistry and Implant Prosthetics have benefited our patients for over 30 years. As he says, “we’ve been motivating our family of patients to achieve a lifetime of good dental health.â€
His professional involvements include the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Harbor Dental Society, USC Century Club, USC Odontic Seminar, and the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. To bring his patients the latest dental technology, Dr. Martin is an active participant in continuing education.
His community involvements include 20 years on the Board of Directors of the YMCA and three years as …Chairman of the Board of the San Pedro YMCA. Since 1977, Dr. Martin has been a member and past president of the San Pedro Rotary Club. He is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce and past president of the San Pedro Toastmaster’s Club.
When Dr. Martin isn’t enjoying time with his wife, children and grandchildren, he likes to travel or play tennis and golf.
