Dr. David Barclay Martin, MD

Dr Martin has the WORST office staff...or maybe I should say daughter? I changed providers because of the lack of the service I received from his front desk girl....who I later found out was his daughter, so yes, they do allow her to talk down to patients, hang up on people and flat out lie about the Drs availability. They need to REPLACE THEIR OFFICE STAFF

Very caring but direct. He seems to really want the best health for all of his patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Martin when he practiced in Redlands, CA. I was very ill at the time and saw him on several occassions because of my concern and sickness and he would not listen to me or help me get the appropriate treatment. He also said some innapropriate and offensive things to me, which really upset me. I finally went to him one last time so that I could get a referral to see a specialist about my illness (which he believed I didn't have). He REFUSED to give me the referral and I was not able to see the specialist at the time. Months later I was finally able to see a specialist (without the 'help' of Dr. Martin) and it was discovered that I had a very rare and fatal disease. THis was not discovered until almost a year after I initally began seeing Dr. Martin and asking him for help. Dr. Martin misdiagnosed me and also put my life in danger and kept me from getting the proper medical attention I needed. PLEASE do not become his patient. I plead with you. This man does not… deserve it. He needs to listen to his patients and be careful what he says to them.
