Dr. David Morgan Martorano, MD

Hey man, I think you belong in WBI. No no no, not as the "head of psychiatry" but as a patient. Should probably stop projecting.

This was the absolute most unprofessional, rude, and overall disrespectful Dr. I have ever encountered. I seriously believe he gets some sort of sick pleasure out of gaslighting his patients, lying to them, and messing with their lives and well-being. Seriously, find ANYONE else to go to that will at the very least treat you, listen to your concerns, and treat you with a tiny iota of dignity.

I can tell you personally that Dr. Martorano cares deeply about his patients and their wellbeing. He gives out his personal cell number to all patients and takes calls 24/7. To this day, he cannot bring himself to collect on the hundreds of thousands of dollars in outstanding accounts from his old outpatient office. It was more important to him to help people than have a profitable business. He is a brilliant doctor and a stand up man. It’s a given at a psychiatric hospital, not all (if any) patients are happy to be there. It can, and probably is the darkest or most difficult time of a person’s life. Most people do not care to share their experience, good or bad, online after such a private life event. Not every doctor is a good fit for every patient (myself included), and that is okay. I hope we can make the world a more peaceful place without online bullying.

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This dude is inconsiderate with his own staff and patients. He’s rude, mean, condescending and just really a bad person. If he stood by his title of doctor he would be empathetic and listen to his patients, family of patients and his very own staff. He believes he’s above everybody. DO NOT USE HIS “DOCTOR” SERVICES!!

I felt sexually uncomfortable the entire visit. how is asking me how many times my husband makes me orgasm part of a psych visit? I genuinely do not understand how this man is not in jail and has a license still. I wouldn't leave my dog alone with him let alone a psych patient. shame on WBI. shame on the psych community of Wyoming. if I could leave negative or zero stars here I would. where there is smoke there is fire. do yourself a great service and RUN.

He will leave you hanging! He’s very inconsiderate, judge mental, and if you need understanding, he doesn’t care. Numerous people warned me about him!!!

Dr. Martorano has helped me in every way possible. Always asks for my feedback when trying new treatment before implementing it, and gives me options if I have concerns. Dr. M is very intelligent, and no doubt compassionate. In about 4 years as a patient, I've never had a bad experience. I'll continue to be his patient for as long as I need a psychiatrist. He's improved my condition with minimum medication than my previous doctors have with much more... and they don't change every visit.

Dr Martorano is condescending, and only cares about making money. He finds your weakness and then uses it against you. He is a manipulator. Worst doctor I have ever seen.

Great doctor, Dr. Mortarano is awesome he treats my pain and listens to my problems. He is not afraid to treat my pain he is also helping my mental health with therapy and tms treatments he really does care!

Dr martorono is an incredible doctor. He showed genuine interest in my well being , and what I had to say. He actually cares about his patients and is so compassionate and understanding that people have no problem opening up to him . I have never met a physician that is so dedicated to his patients wellbeing, and had such a wonderful bedside maner . I would trust his judgment and recommend him to any of my family and loved ones.
