Dr Matsumura was a very caring and kind doctor. He took time to listen to my concerns and provided the best care a doctor can give. He is one of the most kind and patient MD I've met. Appreciated that he called me regarding my lab tests results and arranged for me to see other specialist as needed. I highly recommend Dr Matsumura.

I was very disappointed in the care I received . I had great difficulty in receiving my test results . I found it impossible to reach him by phone or email . On two occasions I was given the wrong medical results . I made three phone calls to obtain the labs in three weeks. On the third call I was given the results by the woman at the front desk , which were incorrect . She did not identify herself as A nurse or give me her position description.

Dr Matsumura is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever been treated by and I have multiple health issues, so have far too much experience with doctors. He genuinely cares and spends as much time needed, whether in the hospital or in the office, to ensure that all my physical and emotional needs are met. All of his patients at the dialysis center where I am seen love him, and the staff are equally impressed by him. I am so thankful to have him as my nephrologist and primary care physician. He is the best!

The doctor is very attentive while you are face to face with him. Follow up is another story. He is in the office only four hours a day and is very hard to get in touch with. It seems his attention is some place else.

Dr. Matsumura is a very sharp and detailed professional however recenty he began treating only kidney patients and I had to seek another doctor and that sucks.
