Dr. David Michael Mitzner, DO

It's been a privilege calling Dr. Mitzner my doctor for over 15 years. His diagnostic knowledge has been authentically accurate for a series of issues which I've sought answers for; Several doctor's had misdiagnosed as a spider bite to no avail, upon first visit with Dr. Mitnzer his statement was, "Oh I see you've got Shingles on your face very near your eyes, lets fix that before it becomes worse." Dr. Mitzner has always given me his total concern and utmost care.

I have been with Dr. Mitzner over 25 years.

Good doctor, worst office staff!

I love that Dr. Mitzner takes the time to talk with me and listens, He is concerned more with me the patient, than with lab tests, using a whole-patient approach. My thyroid was under-treated by other doctors and I felt horrible. Dr. Mitzner has worked with me to get me to the place where I feel great. Things have been stable since working with Dr. Mitzner. I drive 65 miles out of my way to continue to see Dr. Mitzner because my well being is worth the effort, and having a Doc who listens makes all the difference!

This is absolutely the worst office staff you will ever find is a doctors office! Good luck ever reaching anyone on the phone. Leave a message, expect a 3 day turn around if you are lucky enough to ever get a call back. They will lose your referral, lie to you, and tell you they called you back when they didnt. I have no idea what Dr. Mitzner is thinking hiring these inept, incompetent, and untrustworthy people. He is not a bad doctor, but his office staff is a nightmare come true. Be afraid, be very afraid!

This doctors office is the worst I have ever been to. I can never get an appointment, it takes over 1 month to be able to be seen. Recently the Dr. has been out of the office so it has been taking longer than a month to be seen. I recently got a letter in the mail stating that they have too many patients and they must drop me as a patient because they are over booked. Wow, I did not know a doctor could drop you as a patient. I am calling my insurance company to make a complaint about them as well as the medical board. Save yourself some trouble and find a different doctor!!!

Dr. Mitzner is a fine doctor, the biggest problem is that his staff is horrible. It is nearly impossible to talk with the billing/claims person, you get automated system most of the time and the office is dirty and outdated. I am changing to a new doctor.

Wow. This is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. You can never get an appointment here. They are waaay overbooked. You can wait on hold for one hour trying to get results. They never return calls. Recently I was sent a certified letter saying that "THEY ARE DROPPING ME AS A PATIENT, AND THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER PROVIDE CARE TO ME!" I am a paying customer and this is totally against all ethics to drop a patient for no reason. I am rushing to try and find a new doctor before my prescription runs out. This is the worst doctor I have ever been to, save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

My dad was taken to his office. I live very far from where my dad lives. I have left doctor many messages to call me to discuss his diagnosis and he does not call back....not in 2 weeks.

Seldom in the office, cancels appoinments often.
