Dr Monson saved my leg.Another doctor recommended amputation. He listens to you and then he tells you what he will do to correct your medical problem. He and his staff did not jucge me and that meant the world to me.We need more doctors like Dr Monson

Staff does not return phone calls. Almost impossible to get an answer to basic questions. Disorganized. Nurse is dismissive, verging on arrogant. Always runs very late. Expect to see NP or nurse. If you see him, it will be a very quick visit. Did not seem caring; did not explain options. Did not follow up on what they said they would do.

Him and his staff came in and treated us with respect and answered all questions my whole family asked, the staff was genuinely nice and knowledgeable.

I met Dr. Monson in 2015 when I was diagnosed with myxoid liposarcoma and have been so blessed to have him in my life. I have now been 3 yrs. NED and continue to see him. Please remember if your doctor is running behind schedule to pls be patient. One day it may be you that needs more of his time and he will never make you feel rushed! Love Dr. Monson and his team!

My mother suffered back and hip pain for nearly a year. After my spent nearly a year seeking out help from a number of doctors and specialists, I finally set up an appointment to see Dr. Monson at Emory Clinic. After seeing my mom, Dr. Monson immediately referred her to Dr. Refai a spinal specialist. Dr. Refai diagnosed spinal stenosis and scheduled her for a spinal laminectomy. Two weeks later my mom had surgery. The results of the surgery have been nothing short of miraculous. My mother's pain is completely gone and she has all of her mobility back. Before the surgery she could hardly walk. The surgery was so effective that my mom was able to return to her part-time work as a nursing professor two weeks earlier than projected. All this and my mom is 72 years old. The Emory system is amazing and Dr. Monson is truly an exceptional and incredibly talented physician. I am very thankful to also call him my doctor as well.

The appointment was for my 15 year old daughter. Everyone from the gentleman who took us to the examination room, the physician's assistant to Dr. Monson were friendly and put us at ease. We were there for a second opinion and Dr. Monson explained the problem to not only myself, but to my daughter. He made sure we understood the diagnosis. I would definetly recommend him to anyone.
