Dr. David Moreno, MD

I called the office of Dr. Moreno as I have been a patient for almost 5 years. Explained I have chronic bronchitis and had a very hard time breathing. I was asked if I was around anybody with Covid to which I responded no. Receptionist then told me I needed a cover test anyway from Walgreens and refused treatment until One was done. Walgreen‘s testing was not within an hour like she had claimed therefore I was denied treatment and had had to wait unnecessarily longer. The receptionist was very rude. A doctors office should test and diagnose based off of their own credentials, no just assume COVID but ignore possible pneumonia

I started seeing Dr Moreno about a year-and-a-half ago. And being a great doctor isn't why I would only go to him. I respect him as a humanitarian as he always cares that is patients are doing well personally as if we are his own family.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr.Mareno for about ten years we first met him when I had to be admitted to a hospital and had no local Dr. We both thought he was great and quickly got him for our family Dr. Over the years he was very helpful helping me through several medical issues.Wonderful staff, like family.Then, he started changing staff members on a regular basis,, started when he got married and involved his untrained wife in his office. Always trying to sell you the stuff he sells through his office instead of a prescription that insurance helps pay for. Go in with a cold, ends up with prescriptions for Massages, sleep study,blood work, allergy work up, etc. You get the point. It got so heated with us that he no longer sees us but has his male nurse see us For our last blood work we had to refuse to leave the office until he seen us. I would not recommend this Dr. David Mareno to my worse enemy, let ,alone a friend. Find another Dr. one who cares, takes some time with… you ,actually listens when you are in his office, doesn't change staff monthly. and has competent , trained staff members to assist you. NOT his wife.Lots of good Dr. around, we foujnd several.

Doctor Moreno is a highly skilled internist that treats you with respect, compassion and takes the time needed to listen to your medical issues. Dr. Moreno's staff are very professinal, respectful and responsive to your needs. Doctor Moreni's fees are very competitive, maybe even lower than others in the area. If you are in need of medical assistance this is the Doctor I highly recommend. Thank you Doctor and all your staff.

I started going to him 5 months ago, I noticed that his office staff at times were either getting yelled at by patient's or by him. I never had any negative encounters with his staff. I noticed that his staff is constantly changing and I thought it was because he was trying to make some changes for the better but on 4 separate occasions while I was there for an appointment I personally heard him tell one of his Medical Assistants to go into a room and tell a patient that he is not going to see them because he spent half an hour with the patient and the patient is refusing to buy the products he wanted that patient to buy, I cant say what was said in the room because I could not hear what the medical assistant said but that particular patient came out of the room angry wanting to talk to the doctor about it I did hear the young lady ask him to lower his voice because their were other patient there at which time the doctor came from around the corner and asked the patient what was wrong… and the patient in the hallway where everyone could hear asked him why he did not want to see him and the doctor flat out and told him that was not the case and that he would be in the room shortly. The patient then asked him why did his assistant say he was'nt going to be seen and the doctor just looked at the patient and said I don't know I'm sorry but he would have a talk with her. I was shocked that he could not own up to his own decision and blamed it on one of his staff members. and on other occasions when I was there I have heard him scream and yell how this job is to much pressure or stress for him and he makes his staff cancel appointments because he no longer wants to work the rest of the day. My appointments have been cancelled 3 times. This man is a child with a temper. he treats his patients horrible and his staff and I will never go back to him. I have read several comments and alot of people did not have the privilage to see what I have seen. I feel sorry for his staff and other patients who choose to stay there.

Started going to this doctor several years ago. He and Office Personnel were very professional at that time. I have used his products and done extensive testing at a great expense to myself and my insurance and my health has suffered. now due to misdiagnosed for an injury, put on meds I did not need and have had to be weaned off.,I have had to go thru extensive repair surgery and physical therapy for injury that could have been easily found with Xray or MRI. His staff years ago was excellent, now are impolite, unprofessional, and apparently not trained due to cancelled and messed up appointments, not returning calls, and renewals on refills continually mixed up. When I questioned something, I was fluffed off or treated rudely.. I now have to live with many more months of pain filled therapy for something that easily could have been discovered if doctor had listened to me or paid more attention. I didn't know what to think of his sloppy attire and hurried office visits in the last year… , but now I realize I should have went elsewhere, and will regret I didn't until I am pain free due to his misdiagnosis. and lack of professional care giving.

When my husband and I first started seeing this doctor, he was very professional and spent time talking about our concerns. As time went in the five years we were going to him, his professionalism went way down, i9n both his talking to us and his office attire. Every three months that we went to his office there was new staff.. At times they were not professional or polite. As of last week, when we went to see him, we will not return. He spent a total of 2 minutes with my husband, did not write new scripts or go over lab reports. Never again--we are done!!!

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone I know

I received the best med combination I've had in years he prescribed me two medications and they balance eatchother well. Also I was seen very promptly even though I was late too my appointment. He asked lots of question with sincere interest in how things were going for my and he is very pleasant to talk with and has a light hearted nature. He was not trying to rush me out and was genuinely concerned for my well being. A plus doctor for sure!
