I saw Dr. Morris for the first time. He explained everything very thoroughly. He was very professional. Took a lot of time with me . I am in the medical field. And he did order the testing that I anticipated. I think he’s a great doctor.

Stay Away!! Stay away!! I am about to have a by pass just wanted to see this guy for second thought because the surgeons told me I can do either stand or By Pass. So i was waiting in the waiting room his assistance came over and she said, he is fully booked he cannot see me for the day. 8 am in the morning. First appointment he did not explain anything second appointment his assistance showed me two heart pictures of my heart and said 1.pic stand 2.pic by pass and that was it. When I have seen the surgeon after two weeks he asked me if Dr.Morris explain me anything I am like nope. Be honest until now I did not know how serious my situation is. Last appointment the 3rd appointment Doctor Morris sent a message while i was talking to office manager. He said he can call me on the phone if i have any questions. He cannot talk to me 10m. face to face. Awfulllll Doc. if you do not like your job!! do something else!!. You can find a job that you like. People life are important!! Show some… empathy, smile. Because you are dealing with people that all have heart problems. I guess you make good money to be happy. After when i left the office they call me to schedule with another MD. The office manager lady she was very kind she tried to find me another MD right away but i was little down and left the office.

After getting a pacemaker, I went to cardio rehab. When there was a problem with my heart rhythm, the rehab immediately called Morris and faxed him the sheet. He never responded and his office hung up the phone. This guy is life-threatening. Avoid at all cost.

I’m writing this for my husband, who has Arterial Flutter. He had a TEE procedure which put his heart back into rhythm initially, but after wearing a 24 hour monitor he found that he’s back in flutter. Dr. Morris’ office called within days to let us know, and scheduled an appointment with one of the clinic’s APRN’s. He will see her in a couple days. We have felt safe, secure and well informed in Dr. Morris’ care. We’ll see what happens next.

Dr. Morris identified my case of idiopathic PVC 2 years ago, and he was persistent about getting me to the very best specialists to perform an ablation procedure. This came after another cardiologist told me I should just "live with" the condition until it became really bad. Dr. Morris was on top of it, and he had the latest findings about why this condition should be ablated at the earliest moment of detection. He's always been truthful, helpful and sympathetic. I hope he never leaves SW Medical!

I felt Dr. Morris took time to listen, understand and felt he genuinely cared about how I felt and would provide excellent care. It has only been 3 days, but still waiting on referral, was told a script had been called into my pharmacy and went to pick it up and yep, you guessed it, was NOT called in. Called from the pharmacy to the doctor to get voice mail... now 10:50am next day and no return call, left another voice mail and another e-visit message. A little disappointing since I had such high hopes.
