Dr. David A Morvay

I am 52 years old and have been to many dentists over the years. Dr. Morvay is one of the best I've come across. I have, and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Unnecessary and botched dental procedures

Dr. Morvay is not a caring dentist. There was a lot of pain during the procedure. I told him several times but he proceeded. He did work on my teeth that I am having done over. He is not a skilled or caring professional dentist.

Dr. Morvay is a very caring dentist that is completely patient focused. He cares about your comfort, provides you with options, takes time to make sure you understand what is going on. He has even drawn me pictures. During unpleasant procedures, he has called me personally the next day to make sure I am doing okay. I have moved away and can't find anyone like him down here. I miss you dearly Dr. Movay!

I've never had a problem with Novocaine working, until this dentist. Who, after several shots noticed that I WAS STILL feeling the drill! He then pulled another bottle out of a back draw, which worked immediately (stating that they'd changed suppliers). Doesn't listen or take ANY of your past history or critical remarks into account. He just does whatever he wants to do - without discussing ANY options, or reasoning for the procedure. He has a bad habit of NOT TALKING at all, sometimes doesn't even speak... the staff is okay. BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY here. You'll be better served just about anywhere else.

This guy is a Smart aleck and a ahole. He started drilling one of my teeth, I told him it hurt, he told me that it "shouldn't hurt, and that he novocained it" (I thought to myself, what, you think im making this up? Then he's said maybe it's all this decay Im drilling that hurts. I was just shocked that he would say that to me. He didnt tell me what he would be working on or what he had done when he was finish, he just walked out with out a word. My worst experience with a Dr or Dentist ever. I really don't care for him or his staff. And he charges way more than my prior dentist who recently retired. There's more I could say but this should be enough to tell you what kind of man he is. His staff is a bunch of cackling hens too.

I neglected myself for 20yrs not wanting to make an appointment because I was embarrassed of the condition my teeth were in. I was in pain and couldn't avoid it any longer. The Staff and Dr Morvay welcomed me as a new patient and never once scolded me or made me feel ashamed. I've never felt any pain and I've had teeth pulled and Root Canals, Dr Morvay is also quick and for that I'm grateful. I wish I would have had the courage to go sooner but with the help of Dr Morvay and his staff We are making progress to give me a great smile again. Don't put it off any longer.. You will be glad once you get started.
