Dr. David Joseph Musgrave, MD

Dr Musgrave and his staff are excellent. He has been my ortho doctor for decades. He is professional and personal. I recently lost my husband who was also his patient. He and his nurse Kim were sweet to me today!

Dr. Musgrave is a very caring doctor. He performed my total knee replacement which was successful in relieving my pain. He now gives me shots for my shoulders which keep me out of pain. He is a great doctor.

My visit was very pleasant. Waiting consisted of 5 minutes in waiting room and equal in exam room. Explation of everything was through and nurse was very pleasant and answered all my questions. A very pleasant experience

I called for appointment and got one right away. Dr. Musgrave repaired my hip several years ago and now recently it started hurting. He suggested cortisone injections or topical cream or possibly removal of the hardware that fixed it in the first place. Now I have to make a decision which he was OK with me waiting. I have always liked Dr Musgrave and he is a good doctor with a good bedside manner I would recommend him to anyone.

Was called right on time for appointment Started me on cortisone for my osteoarthritis knee but he did say most of the cartilage is gone. I’m not ready to have surgery so he understood and will see where this goes in 4 months He did my hip replacement 3 years earlier and I was very happy with the outcomeI totally trust Dr Musgrave he has a great bedside manner and pleasant demeanor! His female assistant was also very kind and listens well. Would definitely recommend Dr Musgrave to any one having pain in the knee or hip. The only complaint I have is it took over a month to get in and had to use their urgent care facility to get something for the pain till I could see him

My knee was starting to have a medium amount of pain 6 months after having the Torn Meniscus cleaned up by Dr. Musgrave. I was having to wear a knee brace every day and go up and down stairs one step at a time and pull myself upstairs because I had no strength in the knee. So, I made an appointment for a Steroid shot. The Nursing asst. talked to me first and explained the difference between Steroid and Gel Shots. We decided on the Steroid shot as it would give immediate relief and take down the inflammation. Dr. Musgrave came in and we agreed on the shot. I asked him to really numb the shot area and he did a good job of that. The shot was painless, and I felt relief that same day. I am now walking up and down stairs normally and I am NOT wearing the knee brace. Hopefully this shot will last for several months to get me thru my work around the house this summer. Dr. Musgrave and his assistants always listen to me and take their time. I also got in right on time for my appointment. I… recommend Dr. Musgrave to everyone I talk to who has Knee and Hip problems. And when I DO NEED Surgery on Knees or Hips, Dr. Musgrave will do the Surgery.

Dr Musgrave’s office is efficiently run. I was called into the treatment room 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Dr Musgrave answered my questions and completed the treatment quickly and professionally. I recommend Dr Musgrave without hesitation.

Dr. Musgrave was exac and to the point. Before going to LSB&J, I thought a cortizone shot and maybe a hip replacement down the road. That was exactly what he said and recomended! Easy going, polite, nice, easy to talk to.
