He is always friendly and concerned about how you feel. Dr. Naylor has been my doctor for 16 years.

Dr. Naylor spent more time on his computer than talking and examining me. Not very good Dr. Had to see another Dr. to get treated .

Wait times are usually long but Dr. Naylor is the best

One of Conway's best. Always takes time to talk to me about my issues. Never feel rushed.

The staff is RUDE and very unprofessional, They don't care about your health or what you need, they only care about the bottom line and the numbers in the books. The Doctor doesn't listen to what you say, he is only interested in his referrals and giving more medications. But he stepped over the line when he decided to yell at me about lies that the billing dept. told him concerning my insurance. It would be in your best interest to make a better choice on your healthcare and go where they actually care.

Started out okay but did not last more than one visit and the staff is absolutely the worst, rude uncaring and if you need a referral count on coming back to the office over and over again even though they have already seen you for the problem and the office wait is about 2 and a half to three hours
