I had an appointment today for a glaucoma vision field test. I did not receive any notification that the office was closed.

My husband and I had an appointment for annual exams. It took 3 and 1/2 hours to get the exams completed, the exam should have taken no longer than 1 hour. This type of treatment of patients is totally unacceptable and immediate steps should be implemented to change the whole process. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced.

Total disregard to patient's time. Go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional staff. Continuous and ongoing problems related to cataract replacement and little to no compassion for my situation. Wait times abhorrent. Seem to be only in it for the $$$. It’s too bad when doctors lose sight of their profession and their oath to heal. Absolutely you should find another ophthalmologist

The 82 year old patient Im writing for loves Dr. Nelson and cannot say enough good things however, Whoever is the office manager and does scheduling does not have a clue about elderly. This 82 year old patient had a 10:30 appointment and did not get home (10 minute drive) until 2:50pm. SERIOUSLY 4hours and 20min??? She was weak, hungry and definitely should not have been driving especially after dilation. What is wrong with you people? Next time I'm going with and bringing all her toddler grandchildren ..all six of them and see if it takes 4 and a half hours!

After waiting to see Dr. NELSON for two hours I had to leave for another appointment. The elderly lady sitting beside me had been there over three and a half hours. There is no excuse for keeping elderly patients waiting that long. I really like Dr. Nelson but unless you have a lot of time I recommend going elsewhere.
