Dr. David Nerness

My family has been seeing Dr. Nerness for over 15 years. He a great listener and always has the right solution for our medical needs. Very intelligent and insightful doctor. His bedside manner is superb. Everyone should feel comfortable In his presence. He’s so patient. The best primary care doctor we’ve ever had.

Dr listens to me, asks questions, and is compassionate. I have been going to him for about 20 years.

He is the best family dr. I ever had. He really cares for his patience and will do his best to help them with their problem.

He and I have a lot in common being he graduated from Loma Linda. Yet, there are little problems like not giving me my lab result - he insists that he did...then the lab erroneously billed me after his error. Important to me has been the gout in my toe. He diagnosed it to be something other than gout...."the redness was not around a joint in the toe". The doctors at a "walk-in" were put out with that remark. My foot specialist response was..".." ( I must stop here. ) I hope their new office has someone live to answer the phone.

I like Dr. Nerness a lot. He is great. The office staff are unfriendly and borderline rude. This is both in person and on the phone. Some customer service training is in order as this is a business like any other. I might find another doctor if the service and lack of respect continues.

Went to this doctor for over 5 years because of ease of getting appointments. Was misdiagnosed and had to see specialist to get accurate diagnosis. Very uncaring with poor bedside manner-I will not go back.

While you are in the patient room with Dr. Nerness, you can talk to him and not feel rushed - even though there are clearly 2-3 other patients waiting to see him at any given time. He is honest, rational and conservative in his thought process - he hears you out before he just writes a prescription. I have been going to him for 10 years and my daughter has gone to him since she was 4, and we always recommend him to friends and family.
