Dr. David Reese Obrien, DO

Dr. Obrien is the BEST physician that you will find in terms professionalism, and taking care of his patients.

He was money motivated. Hard to get appointment with. He was too quick to inject. He told me I didn't need surgery. When infact I got a second oppion and they said I had to have surgery. I don't reccomend this practice. Because of my new doctor I'm doing very well.

Felt as though he never heard a word I said. When asked if he reviewed my MRI, he said he had read the report. I felt all he really did was review his PA's comments from my initial meeting. Might be a skilled physician, but lacks people skills and is too busy.

Had procedure with ease . Much better experience than first procedure with different doctor. Listened to me . Procedure was pain free which was extremely difference than first time. I am a nurse so I am very picky and critical of medical care. I felt i was in highly qualified hands . I would not of gone to trouble of reviewing if felt other wise. If you have an appt with this doctor rest assured you will be fine .

He had his own idea about what would help me and it felt like he discounted my concerns. I explained what kinds of methods had helped, and he dismissed it saying "that only manages the symptoms, not the underlying problem." Then, he wrote me a prescription to help manage the pain, which not only doesn't treat the underlying problem, but also has side effects.

Financially motivated and nothing more.
