I had gone 5 years with my abdomen issues being written off, misdiagnosed, ignored, etc. Finally I had a wonderful OBGYN refer me to Dr. Onofrey. He told me very clearly that he was about 80% sure the surgery would relieve my symptoms, and then informed me the risks and possible aftereffects. I took the chance, and boy am I glad I did. All of my pain and discomfort is gone, my digestion is markably improved, and I had no complications whatsoever. He did a wonderful, fast, clean job.
