Dr Padgett is kind, compassionate, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Anyone suffering with chronic pain and or nerve/muscle injuries I highly recommend!

Dr. Padgett has been my pain doctor for almost 20 years- since I suffered a devastating back/spinal cord injury with chronic pain. He takes a thoughtful history and completes a thorough physical exam with each appointment. He’s opened my eyes to non-pharm options for pain relief- massage, acupuncture, acupressure, biofeedback and creative imagery. He’s the best!

terrific m.d. but poor staff management

This Dr. had already made up his mind when he saw me. His opinion was no doubt based on another neurologist who was covering up his botch procedure on me. Which, by the way, put me in a nursing home for 2 wks that I barely remember. When I met Dr. Padgett, I was in a physical rehab. He called my husband and asked if "I liked to be sick". From there, I was purposely pushed deliberately in the back in parallel bars, apparently to see if I was faking my illness. I have had nightmares over this Dr. The silver lining that came out of this is that I found a Dr. that listened to ME rather than the Dr. who was covering his botched procedure of me. I was CORRECTLY diagnosed Shy Draggers and have finally gotten correct and appropriate treatment. I wouldn't wish this Dr. on anyone.

Very intelligent, experienced, compassionate, caring physician. Lots of integrity and honesty. He should be cloned! He really understands the impact chronic pain can have on a person and their family. He has been a constant encouragement to me.

I have seen over 20 Dr.s for a medical condition that I have. And Dr. Padgett is the most caring, compassionate, "patient focused" doctor that I have ever met in my life. He truely puts the patients needs before the insurance company's and will fight hard to get you the care that you need and deserve. I can't say enough GREAT things about this wonderful man.
