Dr. David Parker

I was a long time patient of Dr. David Parker, started seeing him after a car accident because he is an osteopath and provided manipulations, but because I lost my job and my insurance, and because their office doesn't accept Medicaid, I was forced to find a Medicaid provider. I am now employed, with good insurance, and I recently tried scheduling an appointment with him. I still experience neck pain that I thought would benefit from the type of care that I thought they provided, but they refused to see me because they no longer "deal in pain management." I am beyond upset by this, that they wouldn't even allow me to come in and see if they could help me. Not even offer any sort of referral or anything! I am reminded why I stopped going to them in the first place!

I have a lot of things going on with me due to poor care from Kaiser and he is a bit overwhelmed with it, but I do my best to prioritize it and he doesn't seem to be listening to me. He has a foot out the door to the next patient before you can get urgent needs taken care of, like requests from other doctors!

Staff is horrible. It was like they didn't want you there and did what they could to get rid of you. Dr parker and the staff did as little as possible. Obviously concerned about themselves and how much money they were going to get. Long wait times. Staff never answered or returned calls.
